Philosophy and Purposes
St. Andrew Learning Center is a valued ministry of St. Andrew Lutheran Church, a congregation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ECLA), functioning under the constitution and bylaws of the church, which are available upon request. We strive to create a place of grace in the world through our ministry and mission work. We are weaving a fabric of care throughout our congregation and the community by embodying our core values of God Care, Earth Care, Self Care, Community Care, and Neighbor Care in our programs.
We provide two programs, year round, all day Early Childhood Education and Before- and After- School Care for Elementary and Middle School Youth during the school year.. The Early Childhood Education program is designed for preschool-aged children who are 12 months up until they are eligible for kindergarten. Before and After School Care is available for school aged children in Kindergarten through 8th grade.

Early Childhood Education
The St Andrew Learning Center early childhood program is open to children 12 months old by September 1 up to kindergarten eligibility. Our Toddler class enrolls children 12 months to 36 months. At 3 years old, when there is space and the child is ready, children are moved into the Preschool class with children 3 years to 5 years.
