|“Are We There Yet?” is the latest in the Pote/Long line of youth musicals. In this retelling of the Exodus story, they capture the humor and humanity of Moses, Miriam, Aaron, Joshua, and the Pharaoh, as well as communicating the eternal truths within the story.
Drama Music Camp is for children interested in acting and singing and who are entering grades 3 through 8 in the fall of 2017. St. Andrew adult and teen volunteers run this camp. Auditions are held for roles and solos on Monday and the rest of the week is rehearsal time. The performances are during Sunday morning worship services on August 6. Cost is $50. Snacks provided. Send a water bottle and lunch with your child each day.
Sunday, 4 – 5:30 pm: Family Orientation and Run-Through
Monday, 9 am – 3 pm: Auditions, Casting and Run-Through with parts
Tuesday – Friday, 9 am – 3 pm: Rehearsals
Saturday, 9 – 11:30 am: Family Brunch and Dress Rehearsal
Sunday, 8 am – 1 pm: Two performances (8:30 and 11:00 am), photographs, and strike the stage

I grant permission for St. Andrew to take photos of my child and post them on bulletin boards inside the church and possibly include them in the church’s Annual Meeting slide show. I hereby give informed and expressed consent for my child to take part in all camp activities under supervision, and agree that St. Andrew Lutheran Church, staff or volunteers will not be held responsible for accidents arising there from. Recognizing that St. Andrew Lutheran Church will do its best to provide a safe and fun experience, I understand that accidents may occur during my child’s participation in the program. I agree to assume these risks. By signing below, I release and hold St. Andrew Lutheran Church, staff and volunteers harmless of all liability based on damage, loss or injury incurred by my child or to me while on St. Andrew Lutheran Church property or during participation in the program and activities. I authorize the designated camp staff/volunteer to provide appropriate treatment to my child for injuries and/or illness. I understand every effort will be made to contact me when medical attention is required. In the event I cannot be contacted, I grant permission and authorize transportation by ambulance or aid car to an emergency center for treatment. I further consent to medical attention as recommended by a licensed physician. I agree to take responsibility for all medical costs involved in such treatment. I understand that the information on this form may be released to the appropriate medical personnel in case of medical emergency. I also understand the failure to disclose medical or emotional problems in advance may lead to serious consequences while at camp. If any issues result in being asked to remove my child from camp, I understand I will receive a full refund. Lastly, I verify that everything contained on this form is complete and accurate, to the best of my knowledge.
